How to answer flight attendant interview questions?

Here are the important interview-questions of cabin crew which will be asked at the various interviews for cabin crew. Let’s have a look on the following-


QUE - 1: Tell me about yourself?

SOL:- Tell them you name first. Then tell them your degree and the specialisation that you have with your institution details. Finally give your educational background apart from profession degree.

QUE - 2: Why should we employ you as cabin crew at XXX Airlines?

SOL: The airline has ordered many new aircraft and is progressing well. So I want to be part of that and also one of my friends worked for you and recommended me to apply as she thought I would fit in with the company ideals

QUE - 3: Why do you want to be cabin crew?

SOL: I enjoy teamwork and am used to shift work. I think I would adapt well to the role. I am looking for new challenges and I know I would learn a lot as cabin crew, not just about people and places, but skills like first aid too, how can I help others within my limits.

QUE - 4: Are you applying for other airlines?

SOL: Although I have applied for other airlines – this is the airline I want to work for most as it has a professional image and I always hear positive comments about the airline, so it would definitely be a great place for me to start as cabin crew.

QUE - 5: Can you give us an example of when you have provided excellent customer service?

SOL: Long time ago in a restaurant, the lady didn’t know what to eat for dessert, so I described each dish to her and she was trying to decide between two so I asked the chef if it was okay for her to have a small piece of each – she was very happy with that!.


QUE - 6: How would you deal with being away from your friends and family for long periods of time when working as cabin crew?

SOL: I know it is not so easy to go away from my friends and family but I understand that it is necessary for the job. And also it is a good have some time away and learn new things.

QUE - 7: Describe your communication skills.

SOL: I can communicate in many other foreign languages like French, Russian, Chinese etc. other than English and Hindi and still learning other foreign languages.

QUE - 8:How much would you give from your side to achieve your goals?

SOL: Definitely, I will give my 100% in my work to achieve my goals and always try to expand that. I can work more than 12 hours and always give my presence wherever it is required.

QUE - 9: Would you like doing repetitive work?

SOL: Yes for sure. Repetitive work will enhance my knowledge about that particular work. I will more familiar with the kind of work every time I will repeat it.

QUE - 10: Tell us something about your current job responsibilities?

SOL: Since I am a fresher and just passed out my graduation, therefore I do not have any work experience right now. But once I will get a chance, I will certainly prove myself.
